In case of dissatisfaction from our services/products, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received for cancellation of the services/products are subject to discussion between You and the Company.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services/products and approved for cancellation and refund as per the discussion between client and company. we will process the refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.
Applicable GST rate on the invoice will be deducted from the total paid amount in case of payment refund.
In case of payment gateway payments additional payment gateway service charges with GST will be deducted from the total paid amount and remaining Amount after deduction will be refunded.
